Will Window tint void my warranty?
Window tinting will not void your auto manufacturers warranty as long as the window is not removed during the tinting process. 90% of all our installs are done without removing the windows from the car.
Is window tint legal?
Yes! Tinting your windows is completely legal but with some conditions on how dark of a film you can install. We have a visual chart and listed tint laws on our site. You can find that information by clicking here.
can tint be removed?
Window tint film is not permanent and can be removed but factory tinted glass is permanently dyed and cannot be removed.
How do i clean my tinted windows?
You should wait a few days before cleaning your windows after your car has been tinted. Ammonia based window cleaners such as Windex (blue colored glass cleaners) is not recommended. Sprayway or ammonia-free glass cleaners are the recommended solution for tinted windows along with a micro-fiber or soft towel.
Why do my windows look hazy after i got them tinted?
It’s quite normal for your windows to look hazy or streaky for a couple of days after you get your windows tinted. It’s caused by the moisture in between the tint film and your window glass. After the moisture evaporates and the adhesive cures, your windows will have perfect clarity.
Why Do i have to wait to roll down my windows?
We recommend you wait at least 24 hours after getting your windows tinted to roll down your windows to ensure that the tint film adheres to the glass. Just as to the question of “why do my windows look hazy after I got them tinted”… There is moisture in between the tint and your window glass that is slippery. Until the moisture evaporates and the adhesive cures, it’s best not to have your windows rolled down or touched.
How long does it take to get my windows tinted?
For a full coupe or sedan, it can take from 1.5 hours to 2 hours to complete.

I recently bought a 2018 Toyota Camry and was searching my local neighborhood for tint shops. After calling 4 different tint shops in the area; Miguel of Sterling Window Tint was the only one to pick up the phone.

Miguel and his team were great in the initial consultation for the different types of products that they offer, and were able to get me in for an appointment the same week as my call. Upon taking in my car (infiniti Q50) I was thoroughly impressed with their waiting area, that was fully furnished with a massive smart TV equipped with Netflix and cable, full self-service coffee table, refrigerator with an array of different beverages,and complimentary Wifi. Waiting area was impeccably clean as well.
Upon getting my car back a little over an hour later (full tinting on all sides) I could tell that the windows were tinted by a true professional that took pride in their craft. A week later and my car is noticeably cooler when it is hot out and I thoroughly enjoy the privacy that my darker windows provide me. No bubbles, or streaks in the windows to speak of. 11/10 recommend his shop keep up the great work guys.
